About Family Nutrition Program
The Family Nutrition Program (also known as “FNP”) targets food stamp program participants and provides educational information through public service announcements, basic food and nutrition demonstrations, newsletters, fact sheets, individual consultations, and group education sessions with displays and other visual media. We use curriculum materials selected for the audiences’ unique diversity. Education materials address basic nutrition, meal planning, food shopping and food safety.
