We are kicking off 2018 with a bang! Due to the ease of use, convenience and success of the 2017 enrollment pilot clubs—all returning families and volunteers will complete their 2018 enrollment on line. New volunteers and members will still complete and submit enrollment paperwork to the Extension Office.
That’s right! No papers, no running to the Extension Office, no hunting signatures — enrollment for returning 4-H is now online!
While this process is fairly easy and intuitive—the Extension Office is offering in person trainings for 4-H families and volunteers. Each family will input their 4-H member enrollments and each volunteer will input their own enrollment.
Bring your laptop or tablet and enroll in real time during the training! Use the links below for the training that best fits your schedule.
Can’t make it to the training or tech savvy and prefer to enroll from home? No worries. Instructions will be posted at : miami.osu.edu—look under 4-H Youth Development and then 4HOnline Tips and Tools. This site will be available starting November 1st.
The 2018 Club Enrollment deadline is Friday, March 30th (Good Friday, but we are open!). All 2018 enrollments must be input by 4 p.m. on Friday, March 30th. The system will close at that time.
Note: If you are in multiple clubs—you must decide which club will be your primary club and communicate this information with the head advisor in each club. If you are in multiple clubs, we would encourage you to attend one of the trainings and we will walk you through this process.
