    Miami County Master Gardeners will offer a hands-on pruning series taught by a local certified arborist. Topics will include: tool selection and use, proper tool maintenance, pruning techniques and pruning for specific landscapes. Classes will begin with inside instruction followed with on-site, hands-on pruning. See flyer for details.

  5. Pesticide Applicator Re-certification Cat 3,4,5

    Feb. 26, 2016 9:30am to 12:30pm

    Pesticide Applicator Re-certification for Categories 3, 4, and 5 will be available via video at the Extension office. Schedule is as follows:   Category 3 - 9:30 a.m. to 10:45 a.m. Category 4 - 11:00 a.m. Category 5 - 11:30 a.m. Please contact the office to register.

  8. Private Pesticide Applicator and Fertilizer Applicator Certification Training

    Feb. 23, 2016 3:00pm to 9:15pm

    Fertilizer Certification Training will be held 3 pm to 5 pm. Only those that currently hold a Pesticide Applicators License can obtain certification at this event. Pesticide Applicator re-certification training will include Core, Categories 1, 2 and 6. It will be held 6 pm to 915 pm. You can register online at http://pested.osu.edu (credit cards accepted) or in the office (cash and checks only).
