ServSafe® has become the industry standard in food-safety training and is accepted in almost all United States jurisdictions that require employee certification.
The ServSafe® program provides accurate, up-to-date information for all levels of employees on handling of food, from receiving and storing to preparing and serving. Topics include food-borne illnesses, food management systems, sanitary facilities, and food safety regulations.

Pre-registration is requested. No walk-ins please. This is a TWO day training with the test on the second day of the class. You must attend both days to be certified.
