Dining with Diabetes is a cooking school and nutrition education program designed for people with prediabetes, diabetes and their family members or caregivers. Or anyone else looking to make a healthy change in their diet!
The series of four online classes will help you learn healthy techniques to manage diabetes and tips to use in your own kitchen. The program includes a kit with ingredients and recipes to make diabetes friendly recipes at home.
Classes are held via Zoom and will be May 12, 19, 26, and June 2, 2021 from 12:00 p.m. – 1:00 p.m. each week. Sessions are being offered by the OSU Extension office in partnership with Health Partners Free Clinic. Register by May 10th.
