POSITION HIGHLIGHTS The primary role of the program assistant in Miami County is to provide participants and stakeholders with researchbacked information that will better their lives. This includes, but is not limited to:

• Provide programming to support and develop adult financial literacy and life skills development.

• Provide program coordination for the Master Gardener volunteer (MGV) program.

• Assure that new MGV trainees complete their certification requirements within predetermined timelines by serving as a mentor and maintaining regular communication.

• Support MGV and FCS website presence and utilize social media platforms.

• Lead programs consistent with the AA/EEO policy of OSU Extension, the outreach arm of the College of Food, Agricultural, and Environmental Sciences.
