For those members who qualified at a county PAS Show to participate in the Ohio State Fair Jr. Horse Show, this page includes the forms you would have previously received in your State Fair Qualifying Packet at the Miami County PAS Show. Miami County youth who qualify at other county PAS shows must submit their Out-of-County PAS form to the Miami County Extension Office by Friday, July 6, unless the show occurs that weekend. In that case, forms must be received by 9:00 a.m., July 19 to insure that they are included on the PAS verification form submitted to the State.

In addition to each county sending in the State Fair Junior Horse Show entry form, each youth is responsible for entering their classes and paying their $40 tack stall fee online at OhioStateFair.com. This is the same online entry system that is being used for the Junior Livestock Show - the tutorial link is: http://ohiostatefair.com/how-to-enter . The entry deadline is by noon on July 9. A limited number of Private tack stalls will be available for purchase at the Ohio State Fair Horse Show Office and will be on a first-come, first-serve basis for $40 per stall.
