Each February, the Miami County Master Gardeners offer a Hands-on Pruning School for Master Gardeners and the public. It consists of two classroom style classes which cover the fundamentals of tree biology as it relates to pruning and tool selection and maintenance. Bring your own pruning equipment for demonstrations and sharpening. The next two classes are spent visiting sites to demonstrate hands-on pruning. This is your chance to learn from one of our experts and ask questions in an informal, welcoming session.
